🌈 Vibes, values & audience
AuDHD magic is an unfiltered, unapologetically queer and fae journey into unseen dimensions and intersections of AuDHD reality (spiritual bypassing and new age fluff not included).
The podcast speaks to the multidimensional experience of Autistic, ADHD, Neurodivergent and Highly Sensitive artists, healers, visionary leaders and pattern breakers in these times.
AuDHD Magic has a growing global audience of women and gender expansive folks who identify as witchy, fae, magical and/or intuitive. These are thoughtful, caring professionals, community leaders, entrepreneurs, activists and creatives who feel a deep sense of connection with the Earth and other-than human world.
The vibe is real, honest, and collapse-aware with a sense of humor. We hold space for complexity, imperfect humanity, and the wisdom of lived experience.
While the podcast is not focused on discussing current events, we do acknowledge sociopolitical realities, connecting the dots between the individual, cultural, collective and transpersonal dimensions.

🧚♀️ Podcast host

Hey, if we haven’t met, I’m Stephanie Elizabeth (she/they), a queer, AuDHD fairy witch based in New England, US. I’ve been cultivating an international audience of highly sensitive folks since I started my business in 2017!
As an intuitive coach, artist and guide, I’m all about helping AuDHDers find guidance, trust their intuition and embrace their true nature (the same mission behind the AuDHD Magic podcast). **Learn more about me here.**
In addition to my intuitive work, I am also a music artist and studio vocalist! And when not working, I love cooking, hiking, playing dress up, and having long rambling convos with my favorite humans!
